The digital framework located at Viewtic.motorcycles is configured as an autonomous administrative mapping registry and aggregator for low-displacement European performance motorcycles. All listed retail indexes, powertrain displacements, physical dimensions, and hardware metrics are synthesized from public technical bulletins.

We operate independently of listed equipment manufacturers. Product listings, model trademarks, and pricing profiles are presented purely as metadata compliance indexes for consumer analysis, not as authorized direct sales programs.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ANTI-SCRAPING INJUNCTION

All stylistic formats, compiled technical matrices, grid alignments, and site styling configurations are custom digital assets under the exclusive distribution control of Viewtic.

Any implementation of automated scraper bots, web parsing engines, structural harvesting tools, or frame embedding systems to capture pricing lists, technical specs, or design formats for offline storage is strictly prohibited under our platform operating policy. Violation will result in permanent client-side host IP bans across our secure server boundaries.

3. LIMITATION OF DATA RESPONSIBILITY

While technical data fields (including wet weight, seat height metrics, and manufacturer recommended retail price markers) are updated using our 60-second real-time system, all indices are provided "as-is" without explicit warranty structure.
